Selected Consulting Work

Bucks County Housing Authority

Working with the Bucks County Housing Authority to provide senior advisory services to the Board and Staff as they enter into a Joint Venture with a private developer to construct 110 Attainable Townhouses serving first time home buyers in the 80 - 120% AMI income range, along with 56 Free Market Single Family houses. Engagement began with the RFP process and will continue throughout the entire development lifecycle from concept through completion.

MidTown Cleveland

Worked with Midtown Cleveland, Inc. to provide analysis and critical suggestions on how to infuse holistic policies and processes that drive equitable development practices for their $152 million initiative featuring new development including new office and co-working space, apartment buildings, town homes, a hotel, and museum, entertainment, and food amenities. Consulting work included creating an inclusive vision & toolkit for MTC in collaboration with diverse stakeholders to bridge audiences who have been historically divergent.


National Real Estate

Worked with National Real Estate through several rounds of their successful response to RFP from the City of Philadelphia and PIDC to lead redevelopment efforts along and near the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The winning proposal comprehensively moves the African American Museum of Philadelphia (AAMP) to a brand-new building in a prominent location on the Parkway, provides an adaptive re-use of the iconic and historic Family Court Building as a premier lifestyle hotel and incorporates the Free Library of Philadelphia’s new Children and Family Center. Consulting work included advising on the political landscape, City and neighborhood stakeholders, project design and presentation, museum best practices and cultural competency.
